Deal done: Jonathan Tah to Bayern Munich

Bayern Munich, who won the Bundesliga championship, is preparing to make a stunning transfer move next season.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Bayern Munich have reached an agreement with German stopper Jonathan Tah, who plays for Bayer Leverkusen.

Tah, whose contract with Leverkusen expires at the end of the season, has agreed a 4-year deal with the Bavarian team.

29-year-old Tah played 49 matches with Bayer Leverkusen this season, scoring 4 goals and 1 assist.
