Jadon Sancho saga continues: Juventus enters race

Juventus has officially entered the race for Manchester United's Jadon Sancho, commencing preliminary talks with the Premier League club. This development, reported by Sky Sport Italia, sees the Turin-based team joining Napoli in their pursuit of the England international.

Sancho has recently returned to Old Trafford following a season-long loan with Chelsea, where he contributed five goals and ten assists across 41 appearances in all competitions. According to transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, Juventus' current discussions are focused more on negotiating with Manchester United directly rather than with Sancho's representatives.

This isn't the first time Juventus has expressed interest in Sancho. They previously held talks for the winger a year ago under the supervision of then-Sporting Director Cristiano Giuntoli.

Meanwhile, Napoli, led by Antonio Conte, also remains keen on Sancho as they look to acquire two new attacking wingers for the upcoming 2025-26 season. Napoli is reportedly already in discussions with Bologna for Dan Ndoye and has also set their sights on Liverpool's Federico Chiesa. The competition for Sancho's signature appears to be heating up as European clubs vie for his services.
