National Team Head Coach Vincenzo Montella made some comments. Appearing as a guest on Rai Radio 1's Radio Anch'io Sport program in Italy, Montella spoke highly of Kenan Yıldız and Hakan Çalhanoğlu.

Speaking about Kenan Yıldız, Vincenzo Montella said, “Kenan is very young and has big goals. He is a complete footballer who started playing for the national team with me during a period when he couldn't establish himself at Juventus. It's not easy to play with the number 10 jersey at the age of 19. This year, I see him as more consistent and aware.”
